The American Metro Center offers a variety of services to their tenants and guests. From holiday events to blood drives, the tenants have the option to participate in many on and off campus activities. Recently, the American Metro Center has incorporated online bingo to their daily routine. Tenants now have the option to have to be a part of events from their home. With the recent climate shifting towards working from home, we are able to adapt and accommodate all of our tenants.
Maintenance Requests
The American Metro Center takes pride in knowing that our maintenance staff are capable of handling our day-to-day maintenance needs with efficiency. With the help of Electronic Tenant Handbooks, tenants have the option to put in maintenance requests which are sent directly to the onsite Management team. A crew member is immediately assigned the maintenance request, allowing for quick response times.
